  • Where is my order?

  • Can I buy in a stationary store?

  • I have purchased the product and have not yet received a confirmation email.
    Usually you should receive a confirmation e-mail within a few hours, if you still haven't received the confirmation within 2 hours, please contact our office by e-mail to confirm your order.
  • How long will i wait for delivery?
    Orders are processed until 14:00, then we wait for the shipment to be collected by the forwarding company. Orders placed after 14:00 are processed until the next day.
  • Is it possible to receive the parcel on the same day.
    We try to ensure that the quality of our services is at the highest level, however, it is not possible for the shipments to arrive on the same day, it depends on our courier company.
  • I didn't get what I ordered.
    We are sorry about the situation. Please contact our customer service immediately to make a complaint, our company will process the order again and arrange priority shipping, as well as arrange collection of the wrong order.
  • My product has been damaged.
    Please contact the customer service office to verify the complaint.
  • I can't place an online order.

  • My shipment has been in transit for a long time.
    We are sorry for the situation, unfortunately the issue of transport is not under our control. Please check the shipment status of the link attached in the order confirmation and contact our courier company directly.
  • Can I add something extra to my order?
    Unfortunately not. Your order has been sent for processing, you can place another order if it was placed before 14:00, there is a high probability that both shipments will arrive on the same day, but we cannot guarantee it.
