Shipping Policy

Return & Exchange Policy
Under UK law, customers have the right to return an item within 5 days of delivery by the courier without giving a reason for the return, however we reserve the right to cancel the return if the product has been damaged. Then the shipment will be treated as a return under the warranty agreement.
The guarantee is returned in the event of damage to the product by our client or the courier company during the shipment, our team will create a guarantee protocol based on the guarantee agreement. In this case, we reserve the right to investigate and inspect the damaged product in order to implement the repair of the product under the warranty contract with the manufacturer.
